In the U.S., there’s been a significant rise in cases and hospitalizations for the influenza and COVID-19 after the Thanksgiving vacation.
Influenza hospitalizations have not been this high, this early in the season, in over a years.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has actually tracked about 9-million cases of the influenza and 4,500 deaths. And COVID-19 cases are surging too.
