Rochester male sentenced to 20 years in jail for COVID-19 scams, Ponzi plan

A Rochester male was sentenced to 244 months in jail for his participation in of a scams plan including COVID-19 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), along with a nationwide Ponzi plan lacked Rochester.
