On Monday (Dec 14), Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong made a national address on the COVID-19 situation in Singapore. He said Singapore will move to Phase 3 of its re-opening on Dec 28, and that authorities have approved the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine in the country.
