Specially qualified dogs are able to spot coronavirus with great accuracy, nearly a week before a contaminated individual establishes signs.

The program started on Wednesday and 16 dogs are being trained by Wild Nose, a Finish organization that specializes in animal fragrance detection, according to The Guardian.

Canines are given cloths that travelers wipe throughout their necks, and smell the fabrics to discover the infection.
