UK opposition leader, Labour’s Sir Keir Starmer, has actually called for a brief lockdown or “circuit-breaker” in England of two to three weeks to bring the increasing rate of coronavirus under control. Please subscribe HERE http://bit.ly/1rbfUog

He stated measures were not working and another course is needed to avoid a “sleepwalk into … a bleak winter”.

His call comes after files revealed government scientific consultants required such action on 21 September.

Meanwhile, forty-two Conservative MPs rebelled and voted against government policies linked to the 10 pm curfew for bars and dining establishments in England.

Where does Sir Keir Starmer’s intervention leave UK PM Boris Johnson? And is the federal government running out of time to stop the spread of a second wave?
