Parts of England will be divided into “medium”, “high”, or “extremely high” local Covid-19 alert areas under a new three-tier system prime minister Boris Johnson is expected to announce on Monday.
The classification of locations will identify what type of “suitable interventions” are to be made to fight the coronavirus outbreak.
The move follows Mr Johnson held a telephone conference with cabinet coworkers on Sunday to go over the circumstance.
Downing Street stated the federal government is working with local leaders to figure out the areas to be covered by the very high alert level, and the procedures required in those locations.
