President Donald Trump is set to appear at a coronavirus press rundown Tuesday for the very first time in months, as a recent spike in Covid-19 cases stimulates numerous state leaders to stop or reverse their resuming plans. Trump revealed the return of the rundowns a day previously, after acknowledging that the U.S. has “had this huge flare-up in Florida, Texas, a number of other locations.” The White Home said Trump, who faces a hard reelection battle in less than four months, plans to utilize the rundowns to provide “good news” about his administration’s progress combating the pandemic.
