Germany puts most of Spain on Covid-19 quarantine list

Germany is stating nearly all of Spain, consisting of the tourist island of Mallorca, a coronavirus risk area following a spike in cases there, federal government sources told Reuters on Friday.

The sources told Reuters that all of Spain other than for the Canary Islands would be consisted of on RKI’s next list of threat areas.

Infections in Spain have surged in recent days following the end of Spain’s tough lockdown seven weeks back.
