Bhubaneswar: The capital city of Bhubaneswar tape-recorded its biggest everyday spike in COVID-19 local contact cases on Wednesday. As per the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), a whopping 330 new favorable cases were reported on Wednesday consisting of 139 quarantine cases and a record 191 regional contact cases.
With this the overall COVID-19 tally in Bhubaneswar reached 8,261, with 3,306 active cases and 4,911 healings.
Out of the 441 total deaths in Odisha till now, 35 are from Bhubaneswar.
Earlier today, Odisha reported its greatest single-day spike of 3,371 novel-Coronavirus cases taking the cumulative tally in the State to87602 The state witnessed its greatest single-day healing as well with 3343 individuals recuperating from the illness in the last 24 hours.
