Ntombela wished the two MECs a speedy recovery and appealed to South Africans to continue to observe Covid-19 prevention measures, including washing hands, wearing a mask and physical distancing.
“The appeal we continue to make to the masses of our people, is to play an active role in curbing the spread of Covid-19. While government is working around the clock in response against this invisible enemy, each individual must take responsibility for their safety and consider the safety of others. We shall overcome this pandemic,” Ntombela said.
